If you have a question about the status of a pre-order, please navigate to the Order Status page that gives updates on where the release is at, please don't send a message simply asking "when will my order ship?" as we get far too many of these emails and that's all answered here on our website already.

If you have any other questions or concerns, or you are a band with a release you think would fit under our umbrella, please include as much information in your message as possible (Please include your order number if you are inquiring about an order placed).
